What primary services do you offer?
We sell primarily three types of compatible coffee and tea pods: Nespresso; Dolce Gusto; Verismo | CaffItaly | CBTL; ESE 44mm; Lavazza Espresso Point; Lavazza A Modo Mio as well as coffee beans.
What are the shipping costs?
ANNOUNCEMENT: Our shipping and logistics partner will be closed the week of January 23rd to 29th, 2022 so all orders made between these dates will be shipped on January 31st.Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
Italianroasts provides FREE shipping across Canada and the USA. We also provide FLAT RATE shipping to Mexico, Australia and several other countries, please see check out for charges. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels through flat rate shipping. Packages may arrive in unmarked, IlCaffeItaliano, Ebay or other marked shipping boxes or bubble mailers depending on which of our shipping partners dispatches the order. Orders to the USA will be delivered by either USPS or UPS only and in Canada, by Canada Post. If you need further information about shipping please contact us at email@example.com
How are returns and replacements handled?
Italianroasts stands behind the quality of our products. Every product we sell reflects our continuing desire to providing you high quality coffee made from ingredients that meet the highest standards of quality. With that in mind, we also want your shopping experience with us to be of the highest quality. If there is a problem with your order, simply return the unopened product to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order and it’s within 30 days of your purchase date, but have not opened the package simply contact the us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. Please quote your order # when contacting the Customer Orders Department. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns over C$120.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed once the product(s) have been received and verified. The credit amount should show up in your original payment method within 10 business days. Further, all un-shipped orders may be canceled for a full refund. Unfortunately, shipped orders may not be canceled.
What are the shipping timelines?
Orders made for coffee or tea products are generally shipped out within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays while t-shirts / sweaters/ hoodies which are produced on demand are shipped within 3-6 business days during off-peak periods and within 9-12 business days during peak periods. Customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) usually receive their orders within 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped, while all other customers in Canada usually receive their order within 5-8 business days. Customers across the United States usually receive their orders within 5-10 business days. Customers in Mexico and Australia usually receive their orders within 10 business days, but the COVID-19 epidemic may increase shipping times.
How would I know a product is out of stock?
In the unlikely event a product is out of stock, it will be reflected as "Sold Out" on our website. You can contact us to enquire as to the estimated time that it will be back in stock.
I have an issue with my coupon code?
If a coupon code is not working at checkout, please send us a message so we can rectify it for you. We'll get back to you and have everything sorted within 12 hours during weekdays.
What currency is used on the website?
We're based in Ontario Canada so our default currency is CA$, however upon accessing our landing page, visitors will be prompted to change their currency or language if it's determined that they're likely based in the United States or elsewhere.
