How are returns and replacements handled?

italianroasts stands behind the quality of our products. Every product we sell reflects our continuing desire to providing you high quality coffee made from ingredients that meet the highest standards of quality. With that in mind, we also want your shopping experience with us to be of the highest quality. If there is a problem with your order, simply return the unopened product to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order and it’s within 30 days of your purchase date, but have not opened the package simply contact the us at orders@italianroasts.com to begin the return process. Please quote your order # when contacting the Customer Orders Department. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns over C$120.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed once the product(s) have been received and verified. The credit amount should show up in your original payment method within 10 business days.

Further, all un-shipped orders may be canceled for a full refund. Unfortunately, shipped orders may not be canceled. Opened packages will not be accepted due to health and safety concerns.
